The Flat Rock HOA is a non-profit organization established to promote the well-being of Flat Rock Ridge.
Please keep in mind that maintenance fees are due at the beginning of each year. These are necessary to enhance and maintain the value of our neighborhood. Late notices will be sent out monthly to any homeowner that is 30 days past due. The Board is obligated to take action to protect the interest of the property and a lien may be filed on your property.
